[Step #1]

The Ryner Homes Questionnaire

What are you looking to do? When and where? Your answers, submitted via this form, will provide the foundation for your project and will give us a sense of the overall scope of work. These insights help us better understand our potential role to bring your project to life.

[Step #2]

Consultation

Building a home is much like making a movie. We’re going to be working together for a few months or perhaps over a year; we need to be compatible in terms of expectations, finances, roles, responsibilities, and obligations. Life’s too short to not enjoy the journey as much as the destination, so let’s both make sure we’re ready to take this trip together.

We aim to be your general contractor for life – we look forward to this opportunity and the potential to design+build your future projects too! Many clients have had us build, expand, or remodel their primary residences and were so happy with the outcome that they’ve had us do additional remodels, additions, investment properties, and retirement homes; plus they’ve referred countless family and friends to us as well.

During your consultation we will discuss your ideas, needs, and project scope of work. We will also provide professional insight into project direction, feasibility, timeline, and any questions you might have.

[Step #3]

Feasibility, Budget, and Design

As soon as you say “go”, we will put a specific plan into motion that outlines the road ahead. We start with a project feasibility study where we research various elements of the project to identify obstacles, jurisdictional requirements, and possible restrictions before the project begins so we can ultimately determine project success and budget. We then move on to the fun stuff, project design, where you finally see your ideas come to life. We’ll also make decisions on finishes and fixtures so you will have a solid estimate based on current market prices.

[Step #4]

Contract, Deposit, Permits, Start

Once we have design approval, your project sets into high gear. We sign a project contract, receive the deposit, produce a full working set of plans, and submit for permits. Our project timeline builds in anticipated and common delays to provide flexibility at every turn while keeping the desired finish date in sight. From here forward, your project manager will be your one-stop shop for answers and updates. We pride ourselves on managing expectations and educating you about the process in advance and along the way. That’s how we’ve achieved our sterling reputation – and how we plan to keep it. Your happiness today will be your referrals tomorrow.

We appreciate this opportunity to discuss your project and look forward to hearing from you!

If you are looking for a new custom home, addition, remodel, renovation or need fire / water / flood restoration work, contact us and we will arrange an appointment for a free consultation. We look forward to meeting you!
