Meet Your Ryner
Homes Team

Embark on a comprehensive journey of home construction with a trusted partner handling full-scale projects. Whether you're constructing a custom home or undertaking a significant renovation or expansion, you're forging a business alliance with your general contractor (GC). This collaborative endeavor may span several months or even a year, yet its impact will resonate for a lifetime, yielding enduring dividends. Therefore, selecting the right partner for this venture is paramount.

Family Oriented Team

I was born and raised in Snohomish County and quickly found my calling as a second generation master carpenter. I learned the craft and the business from my father, a builder with an impeccable reputation, and then set off to open my own GC in 1995. Ryner Homes is based in Snohomish County; we primarily serve this area, along with select portions of King County north of Seattle.

We’re a close-knit, family-oriented team. Seven of us work full time to manage and oversee your project from beginning to end. This includes: initial consultation, estimates, contract, architectural designs, engineering, permitting, construction, and the final walkthrough. We’re fully responsive throughout the process and pride ourselves on delivering world class service.

Flexible

Many wonder why I don't bring subcontractors in-house – plumbers, electricians, drywall and concrete experts, and the like. While it might offer complete schedule control, financially, it wouldn't add up. Maintaining a team busy every single day year-round is feasible only for large-scale builders. To deliver exceptional service at competitive rates, I collaborate closely with a select group of trusted subcontractors, many of whom have partnered with me for over two decades, consistently delivering stellar results. Our responsibility extends to managing their schedules and meeting your expectations. We construct our timelines with adaptability to accommodate scheduling hiccups and fluctuations in material availability.

  • With more than 25 years of experience in building custom homes, we pride ourselves in finishing your project right the first time!

The Ryner Advantage

  • We won’t likely be your lowest bid, but we will be your most honest one
  • We’re resourceful and efficient, so we won’t be your highest bid either
  • We deliver uncompromised craftsmanship and quality, the best overall value , and world class service from the first meeting onward

When selecting a design+build partner, trust your heart, mind, and gut. As tempting as the cheapest bid may be, “cheap” will cost you more in the long run – immediate headaches during construction, countless frustrations for the long haul, and increased risk of injury, or fire/flood damage from shoddy workmanship and cut corners.

When buying most things in life, take a luxury car for example, the depreciation begins the moment you put it into gear. When you build a luxury home, the appreciation begins immediately – in terms of equity and quality of life.

Ryner Homes delivers a great working experience (during our time together) and the greatest overall value (long after we’re gone).
